--Stephen Chu 11 July 2012. "The act of reviewing, inspecting or testing, in order to establish that a specification meets appropriate clinical safety and quality standards." This definition is missing the most important component, which is the main purpose of a clinical model - to support clinical documentation. Suggest change the definition to: "The act of reviewing, inspecting or testing, in order to establish the adequacy of a clinical model in supporting clinical documentation it is intended for, and that a it also meets appropriate clinical safety and quality standards."
