Dr Linda Bird is currently working as a consultant Information Architect for MOH Holdings (Singapore). Her work spans a number of areas, including the Singapore Logical Information Model, the Singapore Drug Dictionary, SNOMED CT terminologies, and national exchange format specifications. Other areas of interest include national semantic interoperability and medication safety. Linda has previously worked at a number of organisations, including the National eHealth Transition Authority (NEHTA) in Australia, the Distributed Systems Technology Centre (DSTC), Anderson Consulting, Asymetrix Corporation (in Seattle) and the National Archives of Australia. Linda received a Ph.D. in information modelling and University Medal from the University of Queensland.
